TERM "TATTVAM ACADEMY" OR WWW.TATTVAMACADEMY.COM ARE PRODUCTS/WEBSITES/SERVICES OF TATTVAM ACADEMY.

BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE FOR WEBSITE USERS, CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS AND STUDENTS, BUT NOT APPLIED ON OUR EMPLOYEE.

• TATTVAM ACADEMY refers to same entity.
• User means any person or entity who is visiting/browsing our website, taking our services and using our software products and programs. Also referred as Customer/Client/Student/You
• Terms/Word “WE”, “OUR”, “US”, “COMPANY”, “FIRM”,“ORGANIZATION” refers to TATTVAM ACADEMY

• Infrastructure and Platform: We provides training infrastructure and practice labs for students on "as is" and "as available" basis. We always try to provide up-to-date and suitable infrastructure and environment but anything which is not compatible or suitable or not-up- to-the-mark in infrastructure is not our responsibility.
• Price Detailing and Payments: On proposal or during inquiry all course details and prices are described clearly with applied taxes, offer/discount/coupon/group-discount/full-course- subscription, payment-terms including part-payment, delay-payment, advance- payment(registration fees) and payment-schedule.
• We deal with upfront payment(full/part/advance) for training services. Training fees can vary time by time without pre-intimation to user. But will not reflect on existing committed fees for subscribed courses. In case of payment-delay we may stop/terminate your training subscription without any pre-intimation to user. Any batch/classes/knowledge loss(es) to user due to this, is the sole responsibility of user itself, Tattvam Academy is not responsible for any user loss. It may possible that we allow you to recover the skipped topics in some other following batches or through video recorded classes.
• Offer Validity and Group Discounts: The offers given to user will be applied only within the offer-period. Once validity is expired regular pricing will be applied. Group (fixed number of students) discount is also valid for given time period. When count is less in group the regular fees-structure will be applied.
• Hardware and Software or any losses in user system including IT infrastructure (SW, HW, Network, Information/Data) or Physical Infrastructure (building damage, fire etc) due to our software-products/application/code/program is not our responsibility, User solely responsible for any such losses.
• No guarantee or warranty for uninterrupted availability of Third-party services Web Server, Domain Registration and SMS Service etc. (when applicable).
• Any loss(es) to user through hacking, virus, security, disaster etc are not our responsibility. Even Tattvam Academy is not responsible for any recovery of loss. We may help and advice our client regarding this and tell the possible precautions.
• Services are "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Service Cancellation and Termination :
  1. Completion of Course, Contract/Subscription will be automatically terminated, without any preintimation/notification by either party.
  2. Note that no REFUND is applicable in Service Termination.
  3. When payment not made on-time user will be Terminated/Blocked/Interrupted.
  4. We can terminate/block the Service/Subscription anytime without notification when user misuse (like Email spamming, bulk emailing, Virus Spreading, any software attack experiments, adult/sexual media/content use/publish, network sharing through wi-fi hotspot applications) training infrastructure.
  5. You will be immediately terminated without any clarification and notice when you found involve in any conflict.
  6. Students will be terminated in case of unsatisfactory behavior.
  7. Students will be terminated in case of distracting our training/classroom work culture.
  8. Students will be terminated in case of data stolen(software app).
• Refund Policy :
  1. Total calculated efforts and cost (work which is already done on project/training) will be deducted from paid amount.
  2. Fees GST are non-refundable.
  3. The refund will be processed after 15 days of settlement.
  4. We will provide clear justification for refund.
  5. Note that no-refund applicable for Offer Price/Discount/Group Discount.
  6. In advanced registration for a batch, if batch could not be started then 100% fees will be refunded.
• Dispute Resolution and Legal Affairs :
  1. By direct communication to user/student.
  2. By any third-party settlement.
  3. All Disputes are subject to Bhavnagar Jurisdiction only.
• Service warranty and limitations :
  1. Training is served as best of trainer’s skills, mistakes may possible.
  2. Possibly all mistakes and doubts will be clarified during the course duration.
  3. Technical issues may also be resolved even after courses based on our mutual relationship.
  4. The course coverage will at its best and in-depth as per academic level.
  5. Doubts/issues will be resolved through Face-to-Face, Email, Phone Call, Discussion Forum and Sometime Screen Sharing for remote users.
• Delay Payment Policy
  1. The service may be interrupted when payment is delayed.
• Re-activate/Re-enable Service or Product is possible on "as is" and "as available" basic. Also, the due charges and activation charges must be paid to activate services.

Registration Form Information and Use

Our App is taking student registration details(like name, phone, email, gender, city, date of birth, career-details) through different forms like registration form, contact-form, feedback-form, quick- contact and career-form(to send resume for job) etc. The information is confidential and not being disclosed to anyone.

The collected details are used to verify the valid student and communication them regarding training schedule, batch-timing, payment acknowledgement, payment due reminder and related business communication.

Also the student-payment details may be used in GSTIN system (TAX System).

• Safe For Families
  1. The content used in app, website and classroom is exclusively related to Academic Learning.
  2. Student and parent information are used for communication regarding training schedule, fees-reminder-acknowledge and other training related activities.
  3. Our App/Website does not display any ads.
  4. We keep all information safe and protected to avoid misue.
• Emails and SMS
• We sometime send email regarding confirmation of services or reply to service request ornotification of services. We also send festival greetings, birthday greetings. Very rarely we send promotional emails/sms(with opt-out options).
• User Photo and Usage
• Our information system capture/store pictures and keep in secure repository. Its generally captured from our mobile apps. The single purpose of such photo is to recognize the person and ease business management system like ERP and BPA.
• Security
• The website(s)/App has all security measures like SSL and other essential security. The information is protected against loss and misuse.
• Third Party Services
• Sometime the information is being shared during third-party services. Like payment-processing, domain name registration provider, web hosting provider etc. These companies are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing or using your personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. But still the domain-registrar, web hosting provider, SMS provider and any other third- party has their own policies which are not under our control.
• Updating Information and Preferences

• When user stop taking our services or delete or cancelled the account, the account status will be deactivated and information in our database server will not be deleted. We will retain and use your persona information as necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
